Fluent is not the same as correct
AI systems can produce text that reads smoothly while containing errors, invented details, or outdated information. The polish of the output can make mistakes harder to notice, which is why review matters.
Assign a clear reviewer
Every AI-assisted workflow should have a named person responsible for checking results before they are used. Shared responsibility often becomes no responsibility.
The reviewer should know what good output looks like and have the authority to correct or reject it.
Match review to risk
Internal brainstorming may need only a quick read. Customer-facing messages, contracts, pricing, and compliance-related content deserve careful verification against trusted sources.
Keep improving the process
Track recurring errors and adjust instructions, templates, or tool choices accordingly. Over time, review effort can shrink because the workflow itself becomes more reliable, while human judgment remains the final safeguard.
